Try (if you have one) plugging another mouse in and if does not recognize the mice then you got an interface issue so call your manufacturer of your PC or if you built it to make sure your USB front ports are connected if you're using them. Software CyberPower offers free power management software with compatible Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to monitor and control your UPS. I know this sounds dumb but check to make sure that your Windows OS is up to date. (I am sure you know how to do it but in order to reach the device manager click Win Key>Type Device Manager>Then click on Mice and other pointing devices.) (Shown below) (Also, SFC won't necessarily fix your problem as it works with core windows features but, good on you for running it anyway, never hurts to do.) If it does not recognize that there is a mouse contact Syber support because that is a faulty product on their end. Try going into your control panel and seeing if the device is actually being recognized because if that is the case then it is an issue on the side of the mouse and not the PC.
